We understand that sometimes certain situations arise or our products may not be for your gifting needs.  If you are needing to Pause or Cancel your subscription please carefully read our policies.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel at any time, but keep in mind your subscription purchased will fulfill in its entirety and cancel instead of renew. (Example: If you purchase 3 months, you will receive 3 boxes over the course of 3 months but you will not renew for another 3 months) You can cancel any monthly subscription, however, if you selected “Give a Gift”, you will not need to cancel as it will not auto-renew.

If you are not completely satisfied with The Gifter Box, you can cancel your subscription and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. 

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 10th of each month. However, we recommend by the 5th of the month. Email or login to your account and click on cancel.

Unfortunately – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT CANCELED BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.
THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. Please make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good gift for you.
